University of North Georgia students will hear and see sights and sounds from Latin America and Spain, taste traditional Latin American cuisine, and learn from two women during the Hispanic Heritage Month celebration at UNG.

National Hispanic Heritage Month, which runs from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15, is poised to educate the UNG community about Latino and Hispanic culture, said Libia Jiménez, coordinator for Multicultural Student Affairs and Latino Success.

The UNG website has complete details on plans for both campuses.
