Gwinnett fire investigators are asking the public's help finding the man they say set fire to a car near Coolray Field in Buford.

Fire Services Captain Tommy Rutledge said Thursday, the man is seen on surveillance footage entering the property of  The Views at Coolray Field Luxury Apartments August 21. Then moments later they see a car completely engulfed in fire.

"There was actually a sedan," said Rutledge. "A Buick LeSabre that was heavily damaged and four other cars that received cosmetic damage. It was quite a fire."

Rutledge said the man is also seen in the lobby of the five story apartment building and eventually leaving the property through a pedestrian gate.

Motive for the arson is not yet known. Rutledge said there is a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to an arrest.
