TMU officials said some 300 students arrived on campus Saturday for the official move-in day for new students in all classes.

University President Dr. Emir Caner was present to greet the incoming students.

"We are thrilled so many people have chosen the campus of TMU as their home,” he said. “We’re excited for what God has in store for their lives and the lifelong friends they are going to make."

Total enrollment for TMU - including dual enrollment, undergraduate and graduate students - is now 2,900 students.

Fall semester classes began Wednesday, August 15.
