2018 high school football: The wait is almost over... and Friday Game Night is ready

The 2018 high school football season is just days removed from kickoff.

And we here at AccessWDUN's Friday Game Night page are counting the hours till it all gets going.

The first real Friday night of 2018 is August 17. In the meantime we've got plenty to keep you and us -- you know, the typical high school football fan -- jonesing until it all kicks off.

Later this week comes our annual preview publication, which leads us into the season on Aug. 17. Inside you will find previews, schedules and all the names, dates and places you need to know for the 2018 campaign.
