The Bowman teen who died in an apparent car wreck on July 12 will be remembered in a memorial service in Athens at 6 p.m. today.
Julie-Ann Mosier, 18, was a member of Timothy Road Baptist Church in Athens, where she was a member of the drama and dance team. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at the church, preceded by visitation at 5 p.m.
Mosier was last seen in the pre-dawn hours of July 12. She and her vehicle were located July 18.
Born Nov. 3, 1999, she was the daughter of Jerry Mosier and Corrie Mosier of Bowman, and she was a 2018 graduate of Elbert County High School.
Coile and Hall Funeral Directors of Hartwell is in charge of the arrangements.
