SRM Concrete, a concrete manufacturer, recently announced the acquisition of Candler Ready Mix, the sixth company buyout by SRM this year across the United States.
Candler Ready Mix was founded in 1972 by Ray Beasley. The company originally manufactured precast concrete and started manufacturing ready-mix concrete in 1974. Candler currently has locations in Blairsville, Blue Ridge, Cleveland, Dahlonega, Gainesville and Mt. Airy, Georgia.
SRM also announced this week the acquisitions of CAB Concrete in Georgia, KMR Concrete in Florida, Grant County Ready Mix in Kentucky and Piqua Concrete in Ohio. SRM Concrete currently has locations that span across Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee.
