Flowery Branch officials will hold an "open house and celebration" of councilman Fred Richards' life Tuesday at City Hall.
The two-hour ceremony will begin at 5:00, with Mayor Mike Miller speaking at 6:00. Richards ' family is scheduled to participate, as well.
Richards, 70, died unexpectedly in his sleep sometime Wednesday night.
