The City of Dawsonville has secured land for a proposed Farmer’s Market adjacent to the City Hall/ Georgia Racing Hall of Fame complex.
According to the Georgia Mountains Regional Commission, which worked with Dawsonville on the project, Phase One features a 50x150 covered pavilion for vendors, a proposed playground, sitting plaza and restrooms.
Phase Two will add a second covered pavilion and additional parking.
The GMRC assisted, among other things, in developing the conceptual site plan.
