State Representative Kevin Tanner (R-Dawsonville) was recently named the 2018 Legislator of the Year by the Georgia Chamber of Commerce.
Tanner was honored for his work on House Bill 930, legislation that established a new regional governance structure for transit in the metropolitan Atlanta region.
The Georgia Chamber’s Government Affairs Council recognizes legislators annually at the conclusion of the legislative session and the release of its legislative scorecard.
