A new study conducted by Onlinecolleges.com places Brenau University in Gainesville on its list for Best Online Colleges in Georgia for 2018-19.
According to a press release issued this past week, Brenau came in number six on the list.
Albany Technical College earned the title as the Best Online College in Georgia.
All schools were scored on a 10-point scale against 11 different metrics using data from the National Center for Education Statistics’ Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System. Among the criteria used - tuition and fees and number of programs offered.
The 10 best colleges and universities in the statewide study were:
- Albany Technical College
- Georgia Piedmont Technical College
- Central Georgia Technical College
- Kennesaw State University
- University of West Georgia
- Brenau University
- Georgia Northwestern Technical College
- Georgia Southern University
- Georgia Southwestern State University
- University of Georgia
