Michael Huff turned himself in on May 10, while is wife, Jennifer Huff, was taken into custody in North Carolina the same day, said Capt. Cory Almond in a statement.

The body of Montez Watson, 31, who'd been missing since February, was located on the property of the home the Huffs were renting on Fleeman Road on May 2.

Both are charged with concealing a death and tampering with evidence, said Almond.

At last report, the Huffs had not had their first court appearances.

The Walton County Sheriff's Office and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation are assisting with the case.
