The City of Cornelia is seeking public input for the 2018 Comprehensive Plan.
The Georgia Department of Community Affairs requires that communities complete and maintain a Comprehensive Plan to help direct future growth and development. The city has completed a public involvement process that included a public hearing, a community survey, multiple stakeholder meetings and now has a draft plan available for public comment.
The City is hosting an open house to let the community see the results of the City’s planning process and to provide a venue for public feedback. It will be held May 5 at the Cornelia Community House from 5:30-7:30.
