Resurfacing of Georgia 211 is scheduled to begin Monday night, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The work, which will require intermittent, single-lane closures, is planned each evening starting at 8:00 and continuing until 6:00 the following morning, Monday-Sunday.
This project is 5.257 miles in length and begins in Barrow County north of the I-85 bridge and extends south of Georgia 53 in Hall County.
The $1.7 million project is scheduled for completion August 31.
