CUMMING — The North Hall boys golf team began its 2018 season with the Coal Mountain Golf Classic on Saturday at Hampton Golf Village in Cumming.
As a team, North Hall finished tied for fifth place, scoring 116 points in a tournament employing the modfied Stableford system.
Trojans senior Bartley Forrester claimed Individual Low Medalist honors for the second consecutive year with a total of 43 points (3-under par 68). Senior Michael Kallab finished tied for fifth place individually with 37 points. Strong performances were also registered by Jake Riley (19 points), Chase Metcalf (17 points) and Camden Gillespie (14 points).
North Hall continues its season play this Saturday at the West Hall Invitational to be held at Chateau Elan Golf Club.
