A multi-use development planned on Georgia Highway 211 in Braselton would include more than 450 homes, a hotel and thousands of square feet of commercial space.
HECE, LLC's, request to amend the master plan for the 230-acre tract is scheduled to go before the Braselton Planning Commission Monday night.
In addition to the 457 single-family homes on 183 acres, the plan calls for 193,000 square feet for the hotel and a retail component. Five outparcels are also included and would be located on eight acres.
The planning commission meets at 7:00 at Braselton City Hall.
