CLEVELAND — The Cleveland City Council took time this week to recognize the service and contribution given to the community by recently-retired Cleveland Postmaster Louise Nix.
At Monday’s council meeting, Mayor Shan Ash read and presented a proclamation from the council to Nix.
Nix retired as postmaster Jan. 2 after almost 40 years of service.
