A 44-year-old Gainesville man has been arrested on child molestation charges, according to the Hall County Sheriff's Office.
Investigators said Joseph Trent Dollyhigh committed an indecent sexual act in front of a teenage girl at a residence on Looper Ridge, which is located in the Sardis area.
The alleged incident happened in September and the suspect was arrested this past Friday. He was released on a $5,700 bond on Saturday, Dec. 22.
Investigators said the victim and the suspect were known to one another.
