The Lanier Canoe & Kayak Club is gearing up for the annual Polar Bear Plunge.
The New Year's Day tradition, a fundraiser for the club, will be held at the Lake Lanier Olympic Center. On-site registration begins at 10:45 on the day of the event. Online registration is already available.
