A Murrayville man remains in the Hall County Jail without bond after authorities said he propositioned a teenage girl for sexual acts he wanted to record.

Authorities obtained warrants Wednesday for Randy Stephens, 21, and he was arrested that same day, according to Hall County Sheriff's Lt. Scott Ware.

"The investigation was in to the online activity of Mr. Stephens... that he had propositioned a female who he knew to be a minor for the purpose of sexual activity which he intended to record," said Ware.

Ware said Stephens also offered to pay the victim money in exchange for sexual suggestive photos, as well as to participate with him in sexual acts he intended to video tape.

"Investigators obtained arrest warrants yesterday, December 19, for felony pandering as well as sexual exploitation of a minor."

Ware said at this point, the investigation is ongoing and they are not sure if there are other victims, or if more charges will be filed.
