CHATTANOOGA — The North Hall wrestling team got off to a solid start Friday at the McCallie Invitational wrestling tournament hosted by The McCallie School.
After Day 1 of the two-day event, the Trojans lead a strong field of 31 teams with 133 points. Woodland is second with 128.5, Cleveland, Tenn., is thid with 119, McCallie is fourth at 116, and Vestavia Hills out of Birmingham is fifth with 72 points.
North Hall will try to see if it can bag the tournament title when action resumes Saturday.
