Nobody was injured Saturday morning when fire broke out at a home on Bill Savage Road in North Hall County.
Firefighters were called to the scene of the 1,400 square-foot home at 8:30 a.m., said Zachary Brackett, Hall County Fire Services spokesman.
One person was home at the time of the fire, and made it out safely.
"A defensive attack was utilized initially which transitioned to an offensive attack and the fire was quickly extinguished," said Brackett in an email statement.
The cause of the fire had not been determined as of late Saturday morning.
