Faith-based sobriety house operator arrested in Lumpkin County

The operator of a faith-based sobriety house found herself in hot water after Lumpkin County deputies got a tip of illegal activity and warrants out for her arrest.
 
Lumpkin County Sheriff's Lt. Alan Roach said Starla Pope operated the Experience of Grace Ministries on Tipton Drive.
He said they recently got a tip about illegal activity at that location and it led them to discover warrants for her arrest out of Arkansas under the alias of Starla Occhito.
 
He said deputies arrested her and investigators are asking anyone victimized by the woman to contact them to file a report.
 
The investigation into the criminal activity in Lumpkin county remains active.
