BUFORD — Buford spiked Johnson Tuesday night in the first round of the Area 8-5A volleyball tournament.
The Lady Wolves moved to 23-10 with the25-11, 25-1 victory over the Lady Knights.
Mikayla Hayden led the Buford offense with 12 kills while Gabbie Hogle set the offense with 18 assists. Macy Upshaw added 7 aces for the Lady Wolves.
Buford next will face Loganville in the second round on Thursday at 5 p m. at the Buford gym.
