Flowery Branch City Clerk Melissa McCain has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Georgia Municipal Clerks and Finance Officers Association.
McCain will represent District 2 on the 12-member board.
"This is an awesome honor for Melissa and speaks volumes towards the respect the other clerks around the state have for her and the job she does," Flowery Branch Mayor Mike Miller said.
