A small plane made an emergency landing on U.S. 441 Tuesday afternoon in Jackson County, resulting in no injuries, officials confirmed.
The plane "lost an engine" and landed safely near Cabin Creek Drive in the Nicholson area, according to Jackson County Sheriff Janis Mangum.
No property damage was reporter, either.
The Piper PA-24 was headed to Henry County Airport when the pilot landed it on the road just outside of Nicholson, according to the Georgia News Network.
