Colorful dragon boats filled the waters around the Lake Lanier rowing venue Saturday for the Lanier Canoe & Kayak Club's annual Gainesville-Hall Dragon Boat Challenge.
The Secret City Mad Paddlers was the overall champion, capturing a Gold Medal in the Grand Final and a Silver in the 1000m race, according to a posting on the LCKC Facebook page.
