LULA — Threatening skies Saturday morning didn’t dampen participation in the annual Railroad Days Parade in Lula.
Hundreds lined Main Street to see a variety of emergency vehicles, floats, tractors, antique automobiles, walking groups and the East Hall Viking Marching Band.
Popular entries this year included Liberty Baptist Church, which passed out thousands of candy bars and bags of candy, and Jaemor Farms, which passed out freshly-picked strawberries to the crowd.
Following the parade, festival-goers visited nearly 70 booths and enjoyed entertainment.
