A more than 100-acre wildfire that began Sunday morning near Turner’s Corner in Lumpkin County has resulted in the closure of a day-use area until further notice.
The U.S. Forest Service reports the Crow Mountain wildfire has closed Waters Creek Day-use Area and roads along Dicks Creek.
