A man wanted on 15 counts of child molestation in Barrow County was taken into custody Thursday in DeKalb County.
Eric Bernard Blackwell, who was initially thought to be hiding in Monroe, was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals at a hotel, according to a social media post by the Barrow County Sheriff's Office.
"The Barrow County Sheriff's Office would like to thank anyone who attempted to assist in the apprehension of this individual," said post reads.
Blackwell is accused of molesting his juvenile daughter over a period of two years.
