The Georgia Department of Transportation will begin a maintenance project on the CSX Railroad bridge over I-985 in Hall County this weekend, which will force lane closures throughout the weekend.
The bridge is located just north of Ga. 60 (Exit 20), otherwise known as Queen City Parkway.
Crews will be in the roadway beginning at 9 p.m. Friday continuing until 5 a.m. Monday, according to updated information from GDOT.
This will affect traffic between Ga. 60 and U.S. 129 (Exit 22).
Drivers are advised to use caution in construction zones.
