Smokehouse BBQ has been around for almost 40 years, and not much has changed, except the addition of a new building for customers this year. Owner, Rae Rogers, tells us about the new building, what its like to own a BBQ restaurant as a woman, and the plans they have for the future, in this week's "Local Business Spotlight," presented by Roberts Plumbing.
Rogers says looking into the future, she has hopes to expand into hosting local art galleries in the family room, and hopes it will provide more opportunities for meetings and parties. Rogers also discusses the hand-me-down family recipies that are the secret to Smokehouse's success.
