DAHLONEGA —Taber Mongero had two hits and four RBI to lead North Hall to a 12-2 win over Lumpkin County Friday in Region 7-AAA action.
Charlie Erickson had three hits and one RBI for the Trojans. Reese Olson added two hits and John Mark Montgomery and Jackson Latty had one hit each for North Hall.
Corban Meeler got the win striking out four. Austin Adams pitched the final two innings striking out three.
North Hall improved to 9-3 overall and 3-0 in Region 7-AAA with the victory. Lumpkin County fell to 3-8, 0-3 in region play.
The Trojans will travel to Fannin County on Tuesday in another Region 7-AAA contest. Lumpkin County will travel to Union County on Monday in a key region battle.
