OAKWOOD — White County closed out the regular season with a 63-52 win over West Hall Friday night in Region 7-AAAA action.
White County (16-9, 5-3 Region 7-AAAA) was led by Austin Harris with 21 points. John Ward adedd 19 for the Warriors, who qualified for the state tournament by finishing with the No. 3 seed.
West Hall (7-16, 2-8) was paced by Noah Edmondson Xzavier Reid who each poured in 17 points.
The Spartans finished with the No. 4 seed and will take on Chestatee (5-19, 0-8) on Tuesday at Marist High School in the first round of the Region 7-AAAA Tournament. The winner will earn a spot in the state tournament.
