Boys basketball: Dawson County stays hot, wins 5th straight in season finale

DAWSONVILLE — The Dawson County boys are catching fire at the right time. The Tigers won their fifth straight game to end the season and also locked the No. 3 seed in the upcoming Region 7-AAA Tournament with a 58-51 win over Union County at home.

 

Dawson (13-11, 7-5 Region 7-AAA) was led by Jeremiah Crumley, who recorded a double-double with 22 points and 10 rebounds. Joesph Cronan scored 11 points, Cullen Reed added 10 points, and Coey Watson had nine points, five assists, and five steals for the Tigers.
