The Clarkesville Habersham Library has planned a dedication ceremony for Saturday, Nov. 18 in honor of longtime genealogist Bill Raper.
Raper has served as the genealogist for the Clarkesville branch of the library for 25 years, according to library officials. They say he has performed his many hours of service on a volunteer basis.
The dedication ceremony and ribbon cutting for the William H. Raper Heritage Room is scheduled for 10 a.m.
