RABBITTOWN — For all of the flash associated with East Hall football this season, Cambren Harrison has provided plenty of thunder too.
The junior running back has risen to provide the Vikings' spread offense with balance and yet another weapon that opposing defenses must honor.
Harrison showed that yet again on Friday, rushing for 147 yards and six touchdowns in East Hall's 62-42 win over Union County in Valhalla.
For his efforts, Harrison has been named the Friday Game Night, Coca-Cola United Bottling Player of the Week.
Harrison's work helped keep the Vikings rolling with their sixth straight win and second in a row in an intriguing Region 7-AAA race -- and set them up for a huge battle this Friday against No. 3 Greater Atlanta Christian in Norcross.
Friday Game Night editor Morgan Lee recently caught up with Harrison to talk about his performance in the win over the Panthers, what it's like playing in an East Hall attack that has devestated opponents so far, and just what he sees coming the rest of the way in 2017.
