ATHENS — There would be no letdown for the Lakeview Academy boys just one day after taking a huge win over Tallulah Falls for the Region 8-A lead.
The Lions had four players score in double figures Wednesday in a 75-58 victory over Prince Avenue Christian on the road.
Drew Cottrell led the way for Lakeview Academy with 19 points. Tre Gober added 18 points, Evan Pitts 13 points, and Griffin Sewell 11 points for the Lions.
Josh Randolph had a big game with 10 rebounds and seven assists for the Lions.
With the win Lakeview also stayed unbeaten in Region 8-A play at 11-0. The Lions are 16-5 overall and next will travel to George Walton on Saturday in another 8-A battle.
