Centennial Arts Academy officially celebrated the opening of its new two-story classroom addition with a ribbon cutting ceremony recently.
A special luncheon was held prior to the ceremony with guests including parents and members of the Gainesville City Council, Centennial School Governance Council, and Gainesville Board of Education.
Centennial Principal Leslie Frierson had the honor of cutting the ribbon in front of students, faculty, and special guests. After the ceremony, some guests toured the new facility.
