Four people, two men and two women, face charges of burglary in the first degree following a break-in at a home on JM Turk Road in South Hall County on Friday.

Hall County Sheriff's Lt. Scott Ware said the suspects were arrested later the same day at a house on Forrest Boulevard in the northwest part of the county.

Ware identified the suspects as Matthew Wilson Garner, 29, of Statham, Christopher Allan Nguyen, 27, Dahlonega, Amanda Gail Smith, 29, of Gainesville and Rebecca Lynn Doyle, 31, of Gainesville.

"The suspects entered the home unlawfully and stole jewelry, electronics and other personal items," Ware said.

He said the stolen items were recovered and returned to the victim.

In addition, Nguyen was charged with other offenses.

"Chris Nguyen had methamphetamine in his possession at the time of arrest as well as having an active probation warrant for his arrest," Ware said.

He said all four suspects were taken into custody without incident.
