East Hall continued ts stellar play in 2016 running its record to 21-3 overall after sweeping a tri-match with Hart County and East Jackson Thursday night.
The Lady Vikings beat Hart County 25-11, 25-6 and then rallied from a set down to defeat East Jackson 19-25, 25-18, 25-14.
Savannah Thellman had 33 points scored on serve with 10 aces, and added three kills, six digs and 26 assists to lead East Hall. Holly Poole had 3 points scored on serve with one ace, eight kills, 2.5 blocks and four digs; Summer Lindsey added eight points scored on serve with one kill, seven assists and 45 digs; and Minette Maldonado scored 18 points on serve with five aces, 17 kills and 22 digs for the Lady Vikings.
Niyah Rucker had 16 kills, two assists, and three blocks; Ariana Hernandez scored five points on serve with three kills and seven digs; Janelly Lara scored six points on serve with two aces, one assist, three kills and 17 digs; Macy Thomas had two digs; and Gali Rios had one points scored on serve and two digs.
East Hall next will play in the Indian Invitational on Saturday at Lumpkin County High.
