LOGANVILLE — The Buford volleyball team opened its Region 8-AAAAA schedule sweeping a pair of matches on the road.
The Lady Wolves (15-2, 2-0 Region 8-AAAAA) beat host Loganville 25-7, 25-9. Then finished off the night with 25-11, 25-8 win over Flowery Branch.
Tatum Shipes paced Buford with led with 16 kills and three blocks. Gabby Curry added 6 kills and five aces for the Lady Wolves.
Morgan Mitchell had 20 assists and Avery Cason added eight kills and four blocks for Buford.
