A Hall County man was arrested Sunday, charged with striking a woman with his car who was holding a baby, then firing a round into a group of people.
The incidents allegedly happened on Old Flowery Branch Road north of Oakwood, according to Hall County Sheriff's Lt. Scott Ware; Saul Garcia, 29, of Gainesville faces seven counts of aggravated assault and one count of reckless conduct connected to both incidents.
Garcia was arrested on Mustang Drive in East Hall.
