Hall County Fire Services has a new Special Operations Captain and three other members of the department have been promoted to Captain.
Casey Ramsey, a 13-year HCFS veteran, has been promoted to Special Operations Captain. He will serve as the department's Safety Officer and manage all of the technical rescue programs which include the Marine Rescue, Hazardous Materials, Urban Search & Rescue, and Air Operations programs.
Paul Clendennin, Tim Drake, and Shane Kinsey have been promoted to the position of Battalion Captain. These three have a combined 64+ years of service to Hall County and will be responsible for supervision and management of "line" personnel.
The promotions are effective Sunday.
