A child was injured when a car crashed into a house in East Hall overnight Friday.
Capt. Zachary Brackett of Hall County Fire Services said it happened in the 3500 block of Southchase Drive off Roy Parks Road.
"Arriving units found extensive damage to the front of the home and requested assistance from Hall County Building Inspections and Jackson EMC," Brackett wrote in an email. "One child was transported for evaluation at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville in stable condition."
He added the American Red Cross was contacted for lodging assistance to the occupants, three adults and four children.
