South Hall’s newest multi-purpose events center, The Venue at Friendship Springs, opened with a ribbon cutting and open house Thursday.
The 40,000 square foot facility features an auditorium, performance center, banquet rooms, conference space and a full caterer’s kitchen.
“We’ve tried to keep layout as flexible as possible so that we don’t have to turn down any client for any reason,” said Jon Wayne, General Manager. “The center has already booked a variety of events from weddings to car shows and theatrical performances.” Jon’s wife, Heather, will be moving productions of her Performing Arts Dance Academy to the property as well.
It is located at 7340 Friendship Springs Boulevard.
