A tree fell across Old Cornelia Highway near Rabbittown Saturday afternoon as thunderstorms moved through the area.
The tree, which came down near the railroad underpass between New Holland and Rabbittown, fell across some power lines.
The National Weather Service issued three alerts during the afternoon, starting about 1:30, for severe thunderstorms in Hall County.
