Northeast Georgia Physicians Group welcomes new urologist

Kalpit Patel, MD, has joined the Northeast Georgia Physicians Group.

 

A graduate of Rutgers University and Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Patel comes to Georgia from Cleveland Clinic – Akron General Medical Center and Northeast Ohio Medical University, where he completed a Robotic Skills Training Program and his medical residency as chief urology resident.  Dr. Patel also completed in a Urology Resident Preceptorship in Robotic Surgery at Ohio State University.  In addition to his interests in robotic surgery, according to a news release from NGPG, Dr. Patel also brings expertise in female urologic surgery to the group.
