North Georgians have been celebrating the Fourth of July since Saturday with festivals, concerts and of course, fireworks. 

Enjoy our photo gallery from Independence Day events across the region.

Several thousand people turned out for the Demorest Glorious Fourth of July Celebration Parade Monday morning.

It has been extremely dry across Northeast Georgia, but that hasn't kept the folks at Frolic Vacation Properties from pulling out their boat for the Demorest Glorious Fourth of July Celebration Parade.
Several thousand people crowd the route for the Demorest Glorious Fourth of July Celebration Parade. The festival is the longest-running Independence Day event in the Southeastern United States.
