Two Winder residents among three suspects in string of Gwinnett robberies

Two suspects from Winder are among four accused in a string of robberies that included a shootout with a Lawrenceville man.
 
Taneah Jamyce Hazel, 22 and Jameel Terry Hazel, 25 are accused of robbing a 26-year-old man at gunpoint, then going to a Lawrenceville home and robbing a mother and daughter at gunpoint Monday afternoon.
 
According to a press release from Gwinnett Police, as the suspects left the home, they got into a shootout with a neighbor, who was injured along with one of the other suspects.  Neither injury was life threatening
 
Winder Police eventually tracked the suspects' vehicle down, and arrested the Hazels, along with Ronnie Joshua Amos, 20, of Norcross and Israel Bland, 23, of Lawrenceville.
 
During the investigation, authorities also arrested John Alexander Goodwin, 27.  Goodwin was wanted in Gwinnett County on an unrelated charge of escaping from a work release detail.
