OAKWOOD - An occupant of a home on Pleasant View Circle was evaluated for smoke inhalation by first responders Tuesday morning in the wake of a house fire.
Hall County Fire Services crews got the fire call around 6:51 a.m. and found the 1800 square foot house with heavy smoke and fire showing.
"An aggressive interior attack and search were performed with the fire being under control around 7:40 a.m.," Captain Zachary Brackett wrote in an email.
Officials called the American Red Cross to assist the family.
The house is near Pleasant View Circle's intersection with Stephens Road.
